Hilo Medical Center
Hilo Medical Center (HMC) is the largest facility in the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation. Built in 1984, next to the old hospital, the new facility sits on roughly 20.5 acres of land, adjacent to the picturesque Wailuku River. Also on the campus is the St. Francis Dialysis Center, the Hawaii Radiologic Associates Women's Imaging Center, the Veteran's Administration (VA) Community Based Outpatient Clinic and the medical center's Hawaii Pacific Oncology Center.
